Over twenty years of experience have taught us a lot about the pitfalls and opportunities involved in creating comprehensive cancer centers. We understand the factors that can make it a success as well as when and where it makes sense to begin development. We do community assessments, interview physicians and administrators, and perform rigorous financial analysis to determine the feasibility of a cancer center in the community.
We don't recommend moving forward unless the results of our oncology center consulting work point to a clear advantage for the center and the community at large. If we do suggest development, we also include recommendations about facility design and space planning, which clinical programs meet the needs of the community and what equipment will be needed.
