Peter Jessup Peter Jessup
Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Jessup joined Aptium Oncology in April 1997 as its General Counsel. He was named chief executive officer and president of the company in July 1999. Prior to joining the company, Jessup spent the early years of his career as a solicitor in private practice with Cameron McKenna in London, before joining Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (ICI), where he served as senior solicitor. He also served as senior counsel for ICI Americas, Inc. from 1988-1990. Following AstraZeneca's separation from ICI in 1993, Jessup was appointed a dual role as deputy solicitor for the Zeneca Group and a member of its International Agrochemicals Business Team. He earned his Master's degree in law from Queens' College, Cambridge, England.

Peter Rogers Peter Rogers
Chief Financial Officer

Peter Rogers has been with Aptium Oncology since 1995, serving as chief financial officer since 1997. Rogers spent the previous seventeen years with AstraZeneca and its predecessor companies, where he maintained responsibilities ranging from finance to territorial management to corporate strategy. Rogers received his Master's degree in Metallurgy & Science of Materials from St. Edmund Hall, Oxford. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and trained with KPMG.

Paul R. O'Dea Paul R. O'Dea
Chief Operating Officer

Paul R. O'Dea is responsible for leading the overall operations of the Aptium Oncology-affiliated cancer centers. He was formerly vice president at Aptium Oncology and executive director of the Cedars-Sinai Outpatient Cancer Center the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute, which was part of the Aptium network of hospital-based cancer centers. Prior to his 20-year career with Aptium Oncology, O'Dea held pharmacy positions with several prestigious health care institutions, including nine years with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut in 1969. O'Dea has published and presented extensively. He is also a member of numerous professional organizations including the Health Care Executives of Southern California, American College of Healthcare Executives, Association of Cancer Executives, and the Association of Community Cancer Centers.

Stephen Bordelon Stephen Bordelon
Executive Vice President, Business Development & Consulting

Stephen Bordelon joined Aptium Oncology in February 1992 and held field operational finance positions during his first five years with the company before assuming a corporate position in 1997. In his current role as Executive Vice President, Business Development, Bordelon leads all business development activities, including strategy setting and execution, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. He is also a principal of Aptium's consulting division, focusing on hospital oncology program strategy development. As senior consultant, Bordelon takes the lead for developing and nurturing hospital client relationships and negotiating finances and contracts. In addition, he is an active participant in physician network development and contracting for hospital clients.

Wes Scruggs Wes Scruggs
Chief Information Officer

Wes Scruggs joined Aptium Oncology in 1997 in time to tackle the Y2K and process re-engineering job that had been designed by KPMG and Aptium Oncology management. By April 1999, all IT infrastructure was upgraded to provide standardized IT solutions and processes for all Aptium-affiliated cancer centers and the corporate office. Promoted from vice president of Information Technology to CIO in 1999, Scruggs has developed a highly skilled IT department and a centralized support organization that recently implemented an oncology-specific Electronic Medical Record for hospital-based outpatient oncology. Scruggs recently earned Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) status from CHIME and is a member of HIMSS. An active member of healthcare CIO forums and organizations, Scruggs has presented on EMR selection and implementation strategies. Prior to Aptium Oncology, he was vice president of corporate systems at Sony Pictures Entertainment and director of IT operations for Health Net. Mr. Scruggs earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Victoria B. Carrington Victoria B. Carrington
Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Victoria B. Carrington has been with Aptium Oncology since November 1999 and has served as its general counsel since 2005. She advises the company regarding a wide variety of regulatory, commercial and operational issues, and has overall responsibility for all aspects of Aptium Oncology's legal function. Prior to joining the company, Carrington was a health care transactional associate in the Los Angeles, California office of Miller & Holguin and a corporate associate in the Norfolk, Virginia office of Kaufman & Canoles. Carrington received her Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Richmond, and her Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.

Anthony M. Berson, MD Anthony M. Berson, MD
National Radiation Oncology Director

A graduate of Hahnemann University Medical School in Philadelphia, Dr. Berson completed his Residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Berson serves as Aptium's National Radiation Oncology Director. In this role, he provides clinical oversight and leadership for radiation oncology services throughout the Aptium network. Dr. Berson is an Attending physician at Eastside Radiation Oncology, Lenox Hill Hospital, and New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He also serves as Chief Medical Officer of Carecore Radiation Oncology, a division of CareCore National. He adds to his long list of academic appointments and educational activities his current role as Professor of Clinical Radiation Medicine at the New York Medical College. Dr. Berson has authored numerous articles for scientific publications and has lectured extensively on radiation oncology, as well as presented CME courses at various symposia and conferences.

Michele Bollinger Michele Bollinger
Vice President, Business Development & Consulting

As Vice President of Business Development & Consulting at Aptium Oncology, Michele Bollinger's responsibilities include developing new business relationships, leading consulting projects for clients, and managing the Company's corporate marketing and public relations efforts. Prior to joining the Company In 1994, Bollinger held positions with the Liver Transplant Program at UCLA Medical Center and with the National Health Service in London. Bollinger received an MBA with Honors from the University of Southern California.

Arthur Doi Arthur Doi
Director Of Financial Analysis

Arthur Doi serves as Director of Financial Analysis and is responsible for financial analysis of new business opportunities. Doi joined Aptium Oncology in October 2001. He was previously with Unimed Management Company, a physician practice management company, for 10 years, holding various positions in the finance department, including Director of Finance. Doi received his bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Emery Richard Emery
Vice President, Executive Director
Beth Israel Comprehensive Cancer Center - West Side Campus

Mr. Emery has been with Aptium Oncology since 1996. In August 2010, he was named Executive Director of Beth Israel Comprehensive Cancer Center - West Side Campus, where he has overall management responsibility for the center. Previously, Mr. Emery served as Executive Director of the Trinitas Comprehensive Cancer Center, a position he held for nearly 6 years. Mr. Emery's other experience with Aptium Oncology includes services as the Director of Radiation Services, — a role that included consulting projects and collaboration with Aptium's business development team. Mr. Emery also served as Chief Physicist and Administrative Director for St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center where he was responsible for the technical and operational direction of both Radiation Oncology and Diagnostic Radiology. Mr. Emery received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Myra Fouts Myra Fouts
Vice President, Medical Affairs

As VP of Medical Affairs for Aptium Oncology, Myra Fouts works with the Business Development Team to help hospitals and physicians develop cancer centers that are designed to enhance patient care and workflow. Her specific responsibilities include space planning, staffing plans and clinical program design that meet the needs of the hospital and the community. During the development process, she works with clients and architects to develop the space design that best meets clinical program needs and provides a patient-centered, operationally efficient approach. Fouts presents nationally on the topic of cancer center design. Since 1992, Myra has held a variety of clinical and administrative roles within Aptium Oncology and Cedars Sinai Outpatient Cancer Center. She received her Masters of Nursing Administration from the University of Missouri and is credentialed in oncology and advanced nursing administration.

William Guss William Guss
Vice President, Pharmacy Services

As Vice President of Pharmacy Services, William Guss provides guidance and leadership on pharmacy-related matters, direction and oversight on drug purchasing and 340B Programs, and consultation on operations and new business development. He also provides compliance oversight to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Guss joined Aptium Oncology in May 1992 to help create and manage an Aptium Subsidiary in home health care. Previously, he was a pharmacy specialist at UCLA Medical Center. He received his PharmD from the University of California at San Francisco and MBA from the Anderson Graduate School Of Management at UCLA.

John S. Macdonald, MD John S. Macdonald, MD
Chief Medical Officer

As chief medical officer of Aptium Oncology, Dr. John S. Macdonald establishes and maintains hospital and patient care quality and standards, as well as defines and ensures the effective delivery of oncology services. A graduate of Harvard Medical School and trained in medical oncology at the National Cancer Institute, Macdonald is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and served on the Oncology Subspecialty Committee of the American Board of Internal Medicine. This committee prepared the Medical Oncology subspecialty certification examination. An internationally recognized oncologist, Macdonald has authored over 600 articles, book chapters and abstracts. Previously, he served as Medical Director of the St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center in Manhattan. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Data and Safety Monitoring Committee (DMSC) of the Southwest Oncology Group and is a team leader of the Aptium Oncology GI Cancer Consortium.

Francine Moskowitz Francine Moskowitz
Vice President, Business Development

Francine Moskowitz is responsible for development of new hospital consulting and management relationships. She holds a Master's Degree in Health Sciences from Hahnemann University Medical School in Philadelphia. Moskowitz operated a healthcare strategy consulting firm for more than 20 years, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for a national imaging services provider, and as a hospital executive in several management roles for a major hospital system and community hospitals. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is active in the American Hospital Association, the Association of Community Cancer Centers, the Association of Cancer Executives and other professional organizations.

David Pan David Pan
Director, Network Services

As Director of Network Services for Aptium Oncology, David Pan is responsible for overseeing the Company's network infrastructure, IT Customer Support and nine data centers that include more than 250 servers. Pan earned his Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University, Sacramento and has achieved numerous network certifications including Certified Netware Engineer (CNE), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Prior to joining Aptium Oncology in 1998, Pan worked for NEC and AST as a Computer/Server Design Engineer.

Michael Rhind Michael Rhind
Controller/Vice President, Taxation And Budget

Prior to joining Aptium Oncology in 1996, Michael Rhind worked at Price Waterhouse for seven years, Attaining the position of Tax Manager, where he provided consulting services to high net worth individuals and middle market companies. At Aptium, Rhind has held various positions, including Vice President, Taxation and Budgets, and Executive Director of Lynn Regional Cancer Center West. As Controller/ Vice President, Rhind provides guidance on financial forecasting and strategic planning, oversees revenue cycle operations, establishes accounting and reporting standards, and oversees the maintenance of financial controls for the organization. He Received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business at UCLA and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of several organizations, including the AICPA and Healthcare Financial Managers Association.

Janice Cason-Boehm, BS, RPH Janice Cason-Boehm, BS, RPH
Senior Clinical Analyst

Janice Cason-Boehm, BS, RPH is a senior clinical analyst who combines clinical experience with information technology expertise to add value to critical initiatives at Aptium Oncology. An oncology pharmacist with ambulatory oncology experience, Janice started with Aptium as Director of Pharmacy Services at one of the company's cancer centers before transitioning to her current position. As a clinical analyst, Janice is involved in all phases of developing and implementing Aptium Oncology's oncology-specific Electronic Medical Record, including system design, configuration, testing and implementation. Her experience in both clinical and technology arenas provides her the critical skills required by new process and/or service implementation and training. Janice earned her Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern Tennessee.

Nicole C. Valdez, MPH, RD Nicole C. Valdez, MPH, RD
IT Manager, EMR

As IT Manager, EMR, Nicole works with Aptium Oncology's IT team to facilitate cancer center activities that include workflow assessment/redesign, system build/configuration, training and support for ambulatory comprehensive cancer centers. In addition, she leads corporate advisory teams in streamlining documentation and clinical processes across the Aptium network. Nicole's expertise in Eclipsys Sunrise Manager/Ambulatory Care makes her a strategic member of the team that facilitates lab system integration and configuration with the Eclipsys system. Nicole is a dietitian with over 11 years of progressive experience in non-profit and healthcare settings, and was previously with Medsphere Systems Corporate as a Lead Clinical Systems Analyst. She earned her RD from the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, her MPH from UCLA, and BS from Texas A&M University.

Suzanne Bledsoe Suzanne Bledsoe
Vice President, Information Technology

Suzanne Bledsoe joined Aptium Oncology in 1994 to lead the IT function at the Aptium-affiliated Comprehensive Cancer Center at Desert Regional Medical Center. In 1998, Bledsoe joined the corporate IT team, developing strategic interface design for process re-engineering, systems standardization and integration. Promoted to Director of Integration and Clinical Systems in 2001, Bledsoe was involved in the system design and architecture required by new cancer center openings or transitions. Recognized for her technical savvy and project management skills, Bledsoe also supported existing business partners who transition to new systems. In 2005, Bledsoe was promoted to Vice President Information Technology and played a key leadership role in the recent successful development and implementation of oncology EMR at one of Aptium's cancer centers. Suzanne brings critical expertise and experience to her position, leading large-scale strategic projects that include overseeing complex system architecture and integration with the host hospital systems and cancer center systems.

Dennis George Dennis George
Vice President, Compliance and Ethics Officer

Dennis George has spent 30 years with health care companies that provide management and support services to hospitals. In 1990 Dennis joined Aptium Oncology after serving nine years with a firm that provided inpatient hospital pharmacy and nursing management services. He initially led Aptium's Internal Audit function and was appointed to his current position in 2000, and now directs the Compliance and HIPAA activities of Aptium's corporate and cancer center facilities. In this capacity, Dennis leads a program that incorporatestracking federal and state regulations, auditing and monitoring of operations, and training staff regarding regulatory requirements. These Complianceactivities are reported to and/or coordinated with Compliance Officers of the company's hospital partners and Aptium Board. Dennis holds a Bachelor's degree from Clarion University and a Certified Internal Auditor certification.

Marika Loveless
Director, EMR Project

As Director of the EMR Project, Marika has brought clinical and operational expertise to the successful implementation of an oncology-specific electronic health record. In addition, Marika leverages her 18+-year oncology experience to work with the Operations team in developing comprehensive cancer centers. Currently, she serves as Director of Clinical Operations at cancer centers on an as-needed basis, implements best practices, provides staff education, develops evidence-based patient education materials, and assists with Joint Commission readiness. Since 2005, Marika has held various clinical and administrative roles within Aptium and its centers. An Oncology Certified Nurse as well as an Oncology Certified Chemotherapy Trainer, she received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Louisiana College and a Master's in Health Administration from Michigan State University.
