Complies with regulatory requirements (i.e. TJC) appropriate for position. Under limited supervision must be able to read, interpret and summarize complex contracts, purchasing agreements and other documents typically found in the materials or supply chain industry. | ||

Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities typically associated with managing projects and deadlines. Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess data processing technology and capacity requirements typically associated with troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Ability to assist in planning, testing, troubleshooting, and implementing system software and programs with some supervision. Ability to help develop and write system and application documentation and user guides associated with program enhancements with little supervision. Ability to assist in training and/or support activities for users typically associated with new system implementations and/or upgrades.
