| Nurse Manager | Full Time | Three years experience in a supervisory role; must have a BSN and Oncology care and Ambulatory care background. Current License required. | ||
| Research Associate | Full Time | Three years experience coordinating oncology research program; strong clinical background. Fully knowledgeable in development and administration of research protocols. Knowledge and understanding of governmental and regulatory agency guidelines in research. RN and Bachelor's Degree preferred. | ||
| Manager Research Program | Full Time | Manage day to day operations of Research Program and staff; assure compliance with all Federal regulatory & administrative issues involved in clinical trials; manage clinical trials open at any given time; develop and maintain systems to manage fiscal details of Research Program. Minimum of 5 years experience in research with 3 or more years of managerial experience; certification through a clinical trials organization (SoCRA or ACRP); superior organizational & analytic skills; statistical analysis comprehension; ability to handle constantly changing deadlines and setting priorities. Bachelor's Degree preferred. | ||
| Lab Manager | Full Time | Must have current California clinical laboratory scientist license. Previous management experience preferred. Prior experience with CAP inspection and regulatory agency surveys. | ||
